From the astonishing venue to the precious nature wonders, the 19th ICON held in Tagbilaran City Bohol, became a memorable event in my life. Financially incapacitated but still, my spirit shouts for it, hungers for it, that’s why He made a way to bring me there.

His words strengthened me. I went through the ICON with the belief that God would take care of my financial concerns. He invites me to break away from my ordinary life, to live out the extraordinary, to embrace the future with conviction and to surrender everything - - mind and body, heart and soul, the past, the present, future and every little thing in between.

♪♫♪♫….How great is our God, sing with me, how great is our God and all will see How great, how great is our God ♫♪♫♪♫….

This song struck me at the first night of ICON, it really deepens in my heart that I can’t explain why I cried a lot, maybe because of the overflowing blessings that I received. Every one of us feels grateful that we have that kind of opportunity which leads us to Bohol.

Jesus travels with us, and never let us down.

Daily Prompt: Just Keep Swimming

They (my sister and my niece) were watching  “Finding Nemo” last Sunday,  and that moment I was plucking my guitar,  I was about to get my capo when I heard clearly what Dory says (the blue fish)  “Just keep on swimming, just keep on swimming” Oh! That’s it! (Seems like God use Dory to remind me this)   When things seem to be impossible to do,  “Just keep on swimming, just keep on swimming” When you feel tired  “Just keep on swimming, just keep on swimming” When in doubt  “Just keep on swimming, just keep on swimming” Because when life gets you down, that's what you've got to do… “Just keep on swimming, just keep on swimming” Not literally but to "Move Forward in Faith" ^_^ #Amen #TYL #ThanksDory #EnduringHeart #FearlessFaith  #71of365

Daily prompt: Antukin

God reveals His love for us in incredible ways. Sometimes, through the songs we hear. As I was watching ICON concert last night, God just so happened to speak through this line: “…Mahalin mo nalang ako ng sobra – sobra, para patas naman tayo diba?” I was excited to have a meaningful conversation with God  since it’s the revelation of His promise, of His love for us. I was excited for His message. (This Holy Week) And that song sums it up! MIND = BLOWN, HEART = BLOWN Jesus reveals His love for us; it’s our turn… Worry not, there’s a sweet line from God  reminding us that all things will be done according to His will. “ Merong langit na nagtatanggol sa Pag ibig na pursigido't matyaga”   Isn’t it amazing? #HolyWeekEncounter #TYL #LoveMORE

Daily Prompt: Reflection Paper

“We have to learn it this way” as I lead the prayer to end the last session of our Integration class.  While reflecting on my experience of taking up Intergration, I came up to a realization that I trully enjoyed the process. I remember, I was really excited when our teacher announced the “Major major project” in her subject. I really love the experience in dealing with business – oriented individuals, how they start  the business and what are the values they possess in order for them to keep the business on top. And I know that I am the type of person who loves to learn more knowledge in and out of the classroom. But  a “team project” leads to an “individual group work”,  we have no one to blame but ourselves. I, myself should have a sense of responsibility, since I am one of the senior students, It was difficult at times to motivate myself to do the work, since I see the other groups do their best effort to collaborate with the team.  But there’...
