Daily prompt: Antukin

God reveals His love for us in incredible ways. Sometimes, through the songs we hear. As I was watching ICON concert last night, God just so happened to speak through this line: “…Mahalin mo nalang ako ng sobra – sobra, para patas naman tayo diba?” I was excited to have a meaningful conversation with God  since it’s the revelation of His promise, of His love for us. I was excited for His message. (This Holy Week) And that song sums it up! MIND = BLOWN, HEART = BLOWN Jesus reveals His love for us; it’s our turn… Worry not, there’s a sweet line from God  reminding us that all things will be done according to His will. “ Merong langit na nagtatanggol sa Pag ibig na pursigido't matyaga”   Isn’t it amazing? #HolyWeekEncounter #TYL #LoveMORE

Partikular na lugar: eto ako sa bus, nagising ako bigla Oras:  time check...  { sandali punas laway muna, parang meron nang nagbabadyang bumuhos}  eto 05:10 ng hapon sa aking orasan} Tagpo: antok na antok pa talaga ako... Daily Prompt: Reflection Paper

“We have to learn it this way” as I lead the prayer to end the last session of our Integration class.  While reflecting on my experience of taking up Intergration, I came up to a realization that I trully enjoyed the process. I remember, I was really excited when our teacher announced the “Major major project” in her subject. I really love the experience in dealing with business – oriented individuals, how they start  the business and what are the values they possess in order for them to keep the business on top. And I know that I am the type of person who loves to learn more knowledge in and out of the classroom. But  a “team project” leads to an “individual group work”,  we have no one to blame but ourselves. I, myself should have a sense of responsibility, since I am one of the senior students, It was difficult at times to motivate myself to do the work, since I see the other groups do their best effort to collaborate with the team.  But there’s a room for second chan

What to Do/Know Before Joining the Army: 1.   Decide if your hair is going to work for you while you're at the Camp. 2.   Exercise before you join. It is VERY IMPORTANT! Training is very tough if you are not a little physically fit when you get there. You don't need to be superwoman or anything, but at least give your muscles a little bit of training so the shock factor won't be so high. Basic Training is, on all levels, a rather high stressed affair, so be ready for it. There are physical ability standards that you must pass in order to graduate Basic Training. The Army's Physical Training Test is different than the other military branches tests. The test examines the soldier's ability to do pushups, situps, and a two mile run. The pushups and situps are each under a time limit of two minutes. The first test is the pushups, followed by situps, and then the two mile run. The pass/fail standards are based on age and gender. 3.   Ask Questions and gain answ

Daily Prompt: You are more ♥

What is beauty? And why don’t I ever feel like I have it? Why am I never good enough? How do I stop the relentless, attacking voice in my head telling me I’ll never be pretty? This is the sound of the conversation I’ve had way too many times recently. How many girls feel this way? The trap of comparison, jealousy, and self-hate is a pit that is hard to climb out of. I’m not immune to it either. I will be the first to raise my hand and say I know how real this struggle is. It got me to wonder… What do guys  really  think is beautiful? And not the worldly, shallow guys but the ones that are my brothers in Christ. What do they  see as beautiful? I had a hunch that hearing their thoughts might help to counteract the destructive inner dialogue that girls struggle with. Not because our goal as women is to be beautiful to men. No.  It’s about hearing from our male counterparts how often they see our beauty as Christ sees us, not as the world sees us. I was so moved by the respons

Here's to 2015 ▓ ▓ ▓ ▓

I prefer to borrow from psychologist Abraham Maslow, who said:  "It isn't normal to know what we want. It is a rare and difficult psychological achievement." Your success in life will be largely determined by your ability to find your true calling, the right work for you to do, and then putting your whole heart into doing it very well. The happiest people are those who have carefully thought through who they are, what they want, where they are going, and then decided exactly what they need to do to get to their goal. Asking yourself five targeted questions can help you home in on whatever path is right for you. #1: What do I do easily and well? When you are seeking your true calling, you must look at the activities that have always been easy for you but which have been difficult for others. Often, you will get comments and compliments on how well you do a particular task. You will be surprised when you hear those remarks, because you never even thought about
